Our real superpower becomes clear during Camp Collectively, our annual three-day, all-agency event where we fly our employees to a new destination to deepen connections across a distributed team. Camp is our reset moment. That’s why we’re so excited that Camp has been named Best Experiential Program for Employees at this year’s Worklife Awards.

While Camp has become one of our rituals, each year’s edition reflects our trajectory, helping us stay agile and curious as the industry transforms around us. Our Collectively Code anchors us year-round, but Camp shows how our values manifest within a shifting landscape. Over three days, Camp is our level-setting opportunity where we reflect where we are in the industry and where we’re headed.

Last year, Collectively transformed New Orleans into a temporary headquarters, blending candid leadership sessions, cross-team learning, and a hands-on generative AI sandbox with immersive experiences. The mix of structured programming and shared moments helped virtual relationships click, strengthening mentorship, inclusion, and cross-department collaboration.
